"I only learned about mushyaki at the vegan frenzy in taipei at the end of December 2018. the event organizers encouraged all participants to byo schirrr, utensilien and drinks to minimize the müll on the festival. So, of course, it came to me to bring a glass container with me when I wanted to visit her location in shilin night market. the personal was so happy to see that I take off my crooks and told me that the owner wants to reward customers who do this by giving them an extra mushyaki for free. So, yes, I have ordered two (NT$70) mixed mushyaki, each with seven balls instead of the usual six. it was as delicious as I remembered from the festival, and they can choose which taste vegan mayo they want on the seventh ball if they want. BYO sleeves to go the extra mile and avoid them with a bamboo skewer!"
