"Really bad service. Out of wing. Big delay. Out of wedges but not told this until 20 mins after ordering. Ordered sharing platters and when I asked for 2 plates was told they were out of plates!! Had to wait 10 mins fkr dishwasher to finish. I am not making this up. Our food sat under heat lamps for ages and I had to beg kitchen staff to allow me to take it ! There was waiting staff and a manager but they were completely disinterested. Previous time I was there they messed up the order and instead of just giving us what we were missing it was broccoli ffs! they went back and forth with receipts and had manager come over and eventually satisfied themselves on the paperwork that we were entitled to our broccoli by which time we had finished eating! Both visits were Monday night with the place only about quarter full. Most surprising thing is that it’s still functioning with this staff. Truly truly terrible service."
