"Akita's main series is their butakimchi dishes. This has been the same thought for me since they were still at Time Square 2. The place now is now small but still kawaii. Good staff and affordable price range. We found the shoyu ramen to be too salty that we needed to add some water. Their butakimchi ramen was great and generous with their amount of pork. We do not eat much meat so we had a slight problem trying to finish the pork, but this would not be a concern for others. Their gyoza are delicious because meat inside is already juicy and already has flavor that you do not need sauce. The chicken karaage were shaped into balls, which amazed us as to how they were formed. It did not taste much like honey and I would suggest to try other flavors of their karaage."
