"First impression of the layout of the store/ restaurant was exciting and couldn't wait to sit down and try the food. Wait time for a walk in was 45 minutes to get a table even for a late lunch sitting so get in early. Once seated there were quite a few items on the menu that were no longer available, which was quite disappointing to hear especially with all the hype about the chef behind the food. It was still early and a long way before closing time. The staff and service felt like they were still finding their feet and service was a tad slow as the food sat on the pass in the open plan kitchen a bit longer than it should while you sit there getting food envy from others around you on the share tables. Overall food and fresh produce was delicious right down to the freshly grated wasabi. Look forward to try the other dishes that were not available and see if the service has lifted its game."

"Visited here with my husband and 3 year old son. A little difficult to find but that's what makes it a hidden gem. The soup was so tasty and delicious and the staff were fantastic and really accommodating to our requests for our some what fussy eater toddler. We all enjoyed it and will be returning here again."

"This is a regular lunch spot for me. It's always crowded, and for good reason. They have an excellent variety of different sashimi and sushi that you can order as takeaway as well as a sushi train for those who want to eat in. I regularly buy the salmon sashimi, and it's always fresh. It would be great if they had a salmon/tuna sashimi option. The prices are very reasonable and even though it's crowded, the line moves pretty quickly. Will definitely keep coming back."

"Had the chance to try the food here with some old friends a couple of weeks ago, and we still remember it. Great tasting food. I 'm not Indonesian so cannot comment on authentic level etc but it was certainly nice to eat. Some mild and some spicey options available. Would certainly visit again, great value and really nice staff."

"Another week down another Ramen bar This place has been an absolute standout from the rest, the Ramen was so tasty! We ordered 3 seperate varieties all had their own unique flavour. I ordered the house Ramen and because I was feeling a little on the hungry side I opted for the 'godzilla ' size. I basically got 2 servings of broth and noodles with it for an extra $6. We washed down the tasty broth with some Sapporo beers and had some pork and chicken gyoza 's which are a staple when we order Ramen. Service was excellent and the venue was super clean. If you 're around Little Bourke Street and are looking for a nice quick meal I highly recommend dropping into this place!"
