"We loved every visit to this restaurant, which is also known as “Taste In Flavours”. To be honest, we have not passed the vegetarian part of the menu, yet when the menu is extensive and every dish has been wonderful. It is definitely...not one of these restaurants where a few different sauces are ploned to a few different proteins or vegetables. Each dish has its own particular aromas. It's the best Indian I had in Brisbane and possibly Australia. We have traveled to India many times and this restaurant definitely reminds of the wonderful aromas there especially the Punjab. My favourite item in the menu is the Samosas. The pastry is exactly what it should be, but rarely found in Australia with a crispy softness that is delectable. The date and tamarinte diving sauce is great, but my favorite is the mint cutney, it's like I remember in India. It is completely BYO and there is a good bottle of business 2 doors up. Do not let the lack of cartridges in the restaurant take away their main business. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Tonight we go back to the goat's cure."

"SHOCKING Saturday night (16.4.16) dining experience for a Portside Wharf restaurant. Food was ok and staff member was friendly BUT by 9.10pm sweeping of the floor began around our table (while we were half way through our meals). I asked the staff member if they wanted us to leave because they were sweeping the floor (a no -no in dining hospitality). The sweeping then stopped. Then at 9.25pm while we were still finishing off our meal - the bill of $218 came to our table but none of our party (4 of us) even requested the bill at this stage and we were still finishing our meal. After 9pm the lights also kept diming... Was this a signal to customers? We could not finish our meal as the whole experience was quite upsetting. We asked to speak to a manager/owner but staff did not seem to care - no apology was offered and they indicated that the and said that the Owner is not in the restaurant. It was our first (and last) experience - a decision to go because of ratings on Tripadvisor - my worst dining experience ever in brisbane. The restaurant was shut by 9.30pm! Was there a function all staff needed to go to?? Or do they need a attend basic hospitality course !!??<br>
Definitely not recommending this place to anyone!<br>"

"Who knew that this little gem would have produced some of the best indian cuisine I have ever tasted. The dishes aren't drowning in creamy sauces like other places seem to do. And hot means hot. That chicken vindaloo was sublime as was the potato and eggplant. I seriously recommend this place if you are looking for authentic flavours. Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5"
