"I ordered a few months back a spicy mince pizza. Instead, they sent me a chicken pizze I really didn't want. So I called and they said they'd give me a free pizza next time. I have explained that I am not often more out, so there is a deadline for the order. they said no. I called today to claim that there is a daily policy to get any kind of refund for food or money and that they have changed manager too, so that the mistakes do not transfer. I would give them less star if I could."

"I asked my friend most of the time the staff is ver rude. I asked for water with my order which the waitress forgot. I reminded her after 20 minutes. she got angry and said I have never asked for water instead of apologising. Spend over £30 and i was on my own. disregarding the amount i spent. she started arguin to prove me lier about the order. After completing i asked her nicely why she got angry, instead of being nice, very rudely she said because you never asked for water. I said you sayign I am lier. "I do not care. I asked to call manager, she said you come back at 3, to complaint he is not here. come back to see him agan. Fu..ked up my mood and day over a small aplogy and a glass of water."

"I gave this concern a five star rating before. However two weeks ago, my experience was upsetting. I couldn’t eat my main course of Chicken Buryanni, because the chicken was tough and the onions were raw, and cut from the outer layer, which all good chefs, discard. I contacted them, complained and was told, ‘Oh I’ve talked to the chef….and I don’t want to get involved.’. Anyway, I had also bought Fish Pakora, and turned to that the next afternoon , only to find a pice of metal, probably from a wire pot scourer. I was so disgusted I just couldn’t be bothered complaining, because coincidentally, I didn’t feel well. They still owe me £25 for this debacle."

"One of the best Indians takes away in the opposite. when they closed because of corona, we tried different others and there was no comparison. they do not have an extensive menu, but what hey do is really good quality and consistent. even the poppadome are always fresh, would recommend definately!"
