"I go to salata very frequently but this was my first time coming to this specific location. The first downfall was their parking, horrible, I had to park in a parking garage and walk about 5 minutes to get to the restaurant. I guess parking isnt something they can really control so thats not my biggest problem. The food was good as always but my problem came with the manager. As I was ordering at the counter the manager was being extremely rude to all the employees behind the counter. It seems that they had missed the dressing on a to go order and he made all of them stop what they were doing and he started to basically yell at them for missing the dressing. He started waving the ticket in the girls face that was standing in front of me and then continued to toss the salad on the counter behind him and just said to her you need to pay attention to this stuff . He was so frantic and running back and forward behind the counter yelling at all the employees and it got extremely frustrating. There was an upset guest next to me and instead of the manager stepping in when the employee was getting yelled at he just stood there and watched it happen. All of the employees seemed like they hated being there and it was honestly so saddening. He continued to snap at one of the girls because she was putting the toppings around the side of the bowl instead of piling them in the middle, the salad gets tossed so I dont get what the concern is since its all getting mixed at the end. Its frustrating seeing management be disrespectful to their employees when they already get treated negatively by their guests. You can very much coach them to do better without having to embarrass them in front of a customer. Will definitely not be coming back to this location just because of that."

"This is the only place in San Antonio that charges a fee to use a debit card. After googling it I see that it's actually illegal just charge enough to cover it for the beer. Don't try to add another fee on. You might want to think about putting up a sign so people know instead of blindsiding them."

"My daughter and I went today and to my disappointment I was incorrectly told the $50 bill I used to pay was fraudulent. He explained that it was coming out yellow with the pen. After some discussion that it is fine when the pens shows yellow. He explained it should be clear. So he pulled some bills out of the register and it came out yellow on those too. He didn’t apologize or admit his mistake."

"A bartender that works there, Jenny McDougal Timms, is majorly disrespectful. She wants to joke around with customers in a rude manner. There is no proper management there to solve the issues. The bartender is supposedly the manager on duty, so she decides to be rude to customers as she pleases and there are no consequences. Also, they have shower curtains as doors for the bathrooms, so any person can walk in on you. I would love to give them a zero star, but I can 't. Overall, customer service is horrible! Tried to give the place a second chance and this lady was horrible to us customers once again. Ronaldo 's and Brass Tap is SO much better! Please, take the drive if you have to instead of going to this crappy place."
