"This was one of the perfect fine dining restaurants I’ve enjoyed in Vevey. The food is a peace of art that you’d love to admire it for a few moments before having it. The staff was elegantly serving tables, and very professional and helpful, and...finally the Chef; an excellent food artist. An excellent place to enjoy a nice evening dinner with a breathtaking view of the lake. Thank you Les Trois Couronnes for making my evening a great one."

"Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant un samedi soir, vers 20h sans réservation. Nous avons eu une place en terrasse qui est fort sympathique. Les tables ne sont pas collées les unes aux autres et c'est assez calme. Les serveurs et l'accueil étaient sympa aussi. Pas d'apéritif pour nous. Il n'y avait plus de Petite Arvine (à 20h un samedi soir ?). Il manquait pas mal de plats et de boissons inscrits sur la carte (rupture de stock ?). J'ai trouvé cela un peu étrange ...Pour finir, nous avons pris une planche valaisanne à partager en entrée. Pour les plats : burger-raclette et salade de chèvre chaud. Très bon. Petit bémol : j'ai trouvé les chaises vraiment inconfortables et cela m'a gêné car j'aime être bien installée pour déguster un bon repas."
