"Absolutely outstanding. Although La Vacca is my favourite, due to being more accessible and going more, Das Elephant is as incredibly impressive. I had deliciously fresh oysters, which is an art at above 2500m, the truffle and Parmesan pasta which they mix in a big...Parmesan rind in front of you and then shave the black and white truffles on top. I then had the pork chop for main, which is the best pork chop out there. If you are lucky enough to visit make sure you go to the toilet. One way glass allows you to have a piss with panoramic views of the beautiful nagens mountain. Love getting boozy there then trying to make it back for the last lift. Spot on"
