"This restaurant would have been ranked higher except the mix up with the menu where veal escalope and over fried Wiener schnitzel were sold as two separate dishes but prepared exactly the same dry and over fried). To add to this relatively minor frustration, our waiter was incredibly rude basically said this is what you ordered, eat it even if the menu was essentially mixed up). Wine he brought needed to be decanted for good 30 minutes, but he claimed that this was ready as is an suggested no alternative. He basically said drink it as is and be happy. What is your problem? When we complained, he offered no apology. Instead he overcharged our party of 8 people in the amount of 240 Euros 60% surcharge). He had no choice but accept this as his only mistake of the evening. This waiter didn 't provide his name but he was the only very tall, rude and unhappy staff member who also claimed to be the supervisor on Dec 30th. He should not be in the hospitality industry at all. This restaurant will benefit a lot by sending this really bad seed of the waiter on leave of absence, possibly without return."
