"I've been a Japanese cooker for a long time and tested a number of them. Japanese fish restaurants like isami on the island of Saint Louis, or kiku in the 9th are part of my references in Japanese cuisine home, fresh and truly traditional. These deplorable chains offer products very far from Japanese cuisine and in addition to poor quality. Recently, I discovered this new Japonnais restaurant on glass windows that just opened in late 2016. I was surprised and enchanted, not only by the kindness of the owners, but also by the very good quality of the fish served. the freshness of the products and the size of the dishes served, does not call any criticism from me. It's very good and hearty. tuna for example is cut into the best parts of the fish (the most expensive also.) is an excellent sign, and a treat for taste buds. Go ahead you will not be disappointed, especially since the welcome is always very pleasant."
