"Tucked down a side street away from the centre you need to make an effort to be here, the reward is a very good pizza and unfussy pasta. Service was efficient and the young lady helpful; the room certainly is sparse and furniture basic but if the food is good that is the important thing. Like most of Lille the parking is humungous so use a central car park and its about 8/10 min walk."

"We stopped here for lunch after the Irlande italie Euros game for lunch before taking the train for brooms. We had a shared entrance with some glasses of refrigerated French rose, the entrance was a selection of good meats and cheeses with a tapnade and bread. The main dishes for lunch were mainly pasta, pizza and bread. We chose 3 different pasta, all delicious. What struck us was the kindness of the hosts - who, I guess, were the owners. simple kitchen, freshly prepared and served with a smile."
