"Stopped by for lunch as we were passing through SLO. The mix and match option is clever. We were seated immediately, outside under their tents in the parking lot. Service was spotty, but they were packed and we weren't in a rush. The sweet potato fries were amazing! The sauce that accompanied it was to die for, it was a massive portion and well priced. As for the mix and match portion, we got the: Gouda burger, fancy pants burger, and mac and cheese with cheddar and BBQ pulled pork. The Gouda was hands down the best and came highly recommended it didn't disappoint. The fancy pants burger was mediocre. What did disappoint was the mac and cheese the top was hot but the bottom of the cup was cold. I don't know how they prepare it, but the temp difference was off putting. For that, I'm giving it 4 stars."
