"The food tasted good, was hot and arrived on time. No complaints there. However, I felt that the person I spoke to on the phone lacked customer skills. I requested a substitution and the answer was a quick no, it does not come like that to which I responded that I am aware but I am requesting a substitution of equal value; Not a full portion of something else. What is the issue exactly with making this type of change? but that was answered with a simple ok, this time but not next time and when I posed the question again as to why that was a problem essentially the person was not wiling to converse and hang up. Overall not the best ordering experience. It would have been good to be given a reasonable response, particularly one that demonstrated that they care about what their customers want."

"Dishonest workers Ordered a MIXED shashlick to takeaway, when I got home it was a chicken curry. Too late to return as we came from Oldham. Rang up the next day as we got home pretty late, the guy on the phone said to come down and he will give us the correct order to compensate. Went down the next day and the man behind the counter refused to acknowledge his mistake. Told him we came from Oldham as the man on the phone told us to. The man at the counter started arguing and refused to provide the order. Waste of journey, no morals, paid more for a mix shashlick, no refund or food provided. So disgusted by them."
