"My daughter went to this store to buy a cup of Frappuccino while I was shopping next door. She patiently waited for over 20 minutes and even asked the staff about her order, only to be told to keep waiting. It wasn't until I personally approached the staff to inquire about the delay that they admitted to forgetting my daughter's order.As a parent, it deeply saddens me that my young daughter had to go through such an ordeal while attempting to purchase a simple beverage. Waiting for more than 20 minutes, without being offered any explanation or apology, is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This Starbucks really needs to train their staff on customer service."
