"No host to greet us. Many guests waited a long time after us to be greeted. Insufficient wait staff personnel, compounded by their poor service skills. The wait personnel were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. There were only 3 of us for dinner. I finished my dinner before our 3rd guest was served his entree!!! Inexcusable. They forgot his appetizer: a simple oyster shooter. Although the waiters were apologetic; they were completely forgetful. My entree came out in 25 minutes; the 2nd entree came out 15 minutes later; the third entree came out another 25 minutes later! This really happened!!!! The cooks were in such a hurry that they OVERSALTED all the entrees. If it hadn't taken so long for our food, we would have sent it back. What happened here???"
