"The rainbow is really Lancings only basic cafe but has a good range of food which has always been served pipping hot. Saturday i had the steak and kidney pie with veg and it was totally filling and I felt like i had eaten which is not always the case when i eat out."

"This is a tearoom that you can visit on your own and always find someone to have a chat with, tea is served in a individual china teapot with cup and saucer and milk jug, there is always a good selection of homemade scones and cakes including wheat free! coffee is good too. The tearoom is manned by volunteers always very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend, visit is a must."

"My food was good wouldnt not return but think cleanliness standards let this little place down from being super busy. And also saute potatoe needs renaming as a slice of potatoe is not nice rather chips next time! Need to keep tables clean, Pots of sauces full, floor clean and de-junked all own goods in corner of the place not good."

"I've been coming here since I was a little girl, it's always clean and staff always efficient and friendly. First time I used the table service by scanning the QR code and it was was easy and quick service, the lad who served me also grabbed my cutlery and condiments for me as I had the dog with me who would have lost his mind if I'd left him outside while I went to get them! Really helpful considering they were busy! I paid £10.40 for cup of tea, scrambled egg on toast and 2 extra Sausages (for the dog) which is a little high in comparison to local cafes around town, knowing If I bought the children with me, I'd be looking at £30/£40 for breakfast makes me squirm lol but I'd go back so?....plenty of seating indoors and outside and what more could you want having breakfast in the sun listening to the crashing waves! Bliss!! There are public toilets between the cafe and carpark, parking is really reasonable and takes cash or card! It's a pebble beach but always clean and really good for dog walks or spending a few hours with family!"
