"Really, really poor service! It was made very clear from the moment that we sat down that our custom was unimportant. As a paying customer I genuinely don’t expect to be treated with such little regard. I’ve been coming here on and off for quite a while and it is exceptionally variable. The food is often very nice, the service is usually OK. Not today."

"Good friendly service as well as good quality coffee and sandwiches. the price is a bit expensive, but I suppose they get what they pay. for example, I got a BLT sandwich and a cappuccino that came around £6. there is a loyalty card scheme that is fair, with a 10th free coffee after 9 shopping. the price for the coffee is not as bad as other place in fairness. the atmosphere is quite relaxed and casual. I would recommend to come here if they were looking for a quick coffee and a bite, but I would not advise to come here regularly if they had a big budget. 4/5."

"This is a lovely homely setting for a family or solo Sunday lunch. Super sized portions served by friendly staff. Choices of meat, turkey and ham and salmon. Good selection of vegetable, potatoes and cocktail sausages. Served hot and very very tasty. Starters and sweets available as well. Had a look at the Christmas menu which sounded lovely and very reasonably priced. Sounds like an ideal setting for a Christmas lunch time or evening meal."
