"While most of the menu is pretty standard, the chef's execution and the knowledgable, friendly and hospitable staff make this an excellent place to eat for residents of the hotel. Ankur, Shubham, Avinash, Rishu and many others who I can't name (sorry) were fantastic at making our many meals here extraordinary."

"Reasonably priced and we'll located. The food was OK tho. The momos needed more filling. I wouldn't mind paying more. The special thukpa and the mutton petse were very good. Quick service."

"Came here after the HuffPost piece on 7 places in McLeod. Mgmt has changed since the article and the only good thing here is the view. The fact that me and my wife were the only people here for an hour was proof of the same. Food lacklustre menu. Didn’t have half the items on the menu. Had 1 peanut chaat and it was flavourless crap. Decided we don’t want to have anything else here. Alcohol menu was severely limited and we were served Nashik wine, not the local fare. Payment Does not accept cards. Or any other digital forms of payment either. I’ve had it with this place. Overall Disappointed is an understatement."

"Granted that the you have dirty laundry and have few hours to while, it makes perfect sense to visit a cafe-laundromat. Zomsa Laundromate Cafe is a boon in Mcloed Ganj where you can leisurely drink your coffee while they put your laundry for washing and drying. It takes maximum an hour and a half for the wash-dry cycle (also depends on your load) and it would be a smart choice to bring a clean bag for your clean fresh clothes. Mine smelled lovely!"

"Pretty standard coffee shop - fine selection of coffees and teas, nice interior, friendly service, slightly pricey but not too bad, mostly lacking in vegan edibles, but blazing-fast wifi! Faster than any internet cafe or hotel I've visited in McLeod."

"Visited the Seed Café after seeing posters advertising an evening of traditional Tibetan music and dance. FALSE ADVERTISING avoid this entertainment at all costs. The gentleman proceeded to plod about and make up the first two traditional dances before encroaching on the audience personal space and all semblance of decorum was thrown away. He stripped, then proceeded to wipe his sweat on every, yes every member of the audience before grabbing members of the audience onto the floor and manhandling them in an extremely unsafe manner, my friend had to see a Dr. for back pain after being crushed by him during the performance, another man was dropped on the ground banging his head and a girl ended up in tears after her face was hurt and her lip cut. Did the ' entertainment ' stop here, nope! he proceeded to dance around manically with flour and toilet paper before lighting a fire stick and setting fire to his trousers front and back intentionally, oh and his hair accidentally!! and finished this abuse by tying the shreads of his trousers over his head and dancing about manically without being able to see. Traditional Tibetan music and dance ABSOLUTELY NOT, a drugged up, crazed lunatic YES... we left fairly traumatized, as well as injured. This was not a fun evening and no one will believe you if you tell them what you witnessed. One for the 'gap year crowd ' I think... Seed café, the staff seemed extremely nice, view was gorgeous, and our drinks were very good, pity they choose to put on such unprofessional entertainment."
