"I used to come here often during midnight to order brisket pho, shrimp summer rolls and pork chops over rice, but lately the newly hired staff has been really rude. I came to pick up my order and the korean lady on the front snatched the food out of my hand thinking that I wouldn’t pay for my order. I also noticed that the quality of the food changed. I ordered shrimp summer rolls and I only got 1 shrimp that was cut in half. If you are expecting a welcoming environment to come to this restaurant is not it. If you are not korean, you will not be respected."

"Since other reviewers are comparing this food court to the one inside of the New World Mall, I'd say that I prefer the selection of food here. Some say that the food between the two are similar- sure, if you're just looking to eat rice, noodles, dumplings, and bubble tea, then yes, you can get those at either food court- but other than that, I disagree. For one, this food court has the famous Ay Chung Rice Noodle 阿å—麵線 . You can also find perfectly medium-rare cooked sizzling steak on black top in this food court as well as the best fried stinky tofu if you're into that I've ever put in my mouth. They also have Happy Lemon which serves specialty lemon drinks, a departure from what you find at a typical boba/fresh juice stall. Prices are all comparably cheap and pretty much all of the stalls only take cash. As some have already mentioned, this food court is a fraction of the size of the one at the New World Mall, but I think that's better. It's located a little further away from the Main St. Station, which means it's not overly-crowded compared to the other food court, which is literally a few steps away from the subway station. Ironically, even though that food court is larger with more seats, I can never find one for myself."

"The worker, Kyle was extremely rude and annoyed when placing order. It made me and my relative uncomfortable. He was making the drinks so aggressively and slamming cabinet doors. I will never recommend this place since so many drinks and toppings are sold out. Also, the floor felt sticky and dirty as you can. They left a bunch of napkins on the floor but never to clean it up. So filthy. We didn’t feel welcomed at all."

"Came here on a rainy Wednesday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the food. It's hard to find authentic Thai cuisine in NYC and Kin den is one of those gems.We ordered their moo ping, wing zaab, Nam tuk moo (pork and Nam tuk beef. Their moo ping is reminiscent of what I would get at night markets in Thailand though the glaze isn't 100% the same but still very good especially with the dipping sauce that gives it a bit of spice and tang. Wing zaab was our favorite appetizer perfectly fried wings coated in this spicy yet tangy (lemongrass??? crumble that you dip into their sweet sauce. Both their Nam tuk moo and beef were reminiscent of what we'd get in Thailand with the obvious price difference. Pricing is pretty fair as the portions were fairly large and all the flavors were on point!Though there was only one person taking orders and serving, we felt attended to despite the small restaurant being packed. It's definitely a cozy small spot they get packed on weeknights so come for lunch if you can!Check out my foodsta @chiuventure for a closer look and more details of my dining experience here as well as other establishments in NYC and around the world!"

"A Swedish friend took me here for a quick coffee break. Downstairs there is a tiny cage where they have coffee and tea and a bunch of Swedish treats (you do have to pay, I don't want to imply that it is gratis! We enjoyed some parties and drinks and the quiet location to sit and chat.I'm not sure that it's really open to the non-Swedish public, but I felt very welcome.A quiet little reprieve from the city!"
