"About 30 of us were at Rays yesterday late afternoon for a family function from start to finish everything was amazing !!! We all ordered different meals l had the Beef Tenderloin simply amazing from what l saw we all cleaned off our plates from appetizers to salads to main courses kitchen was spot on preparing each meal Shows great team work !!can’t say enough about the wait staff excellence customer service right to the end big shout out to Kathy for going above and beyond to make this family function memorable after not being able to be all together for over 3 years .. we will all be back soon for sure !!"

"Food is very good and fresh, This was our 2nd time here! Couldn't stop noticing how dirty the floor was! Maybe they could have some more attention to cleaning! Also waitress brought the bill without asking if we wanted dessert, she kinda rushed as a bit!"

"Tonight 's dinner was, bar none, the worst dining experience we 've Ever had. The dining room was freezing. The waiter who first served us said, In Quebec they have an ice hotel. Just think of us like that. Look at this with a sense of humour. To which I responded, If we wanted an ice hotel, we 'd be there. We expected more for what we thought was a high-end restaurant. Apparently someone in management had forgotten to get diesel for the furnace. It 's winter...in Ontario...we knew several days in advance that a storm was coming. There is NO excuse for not being prepared. We kept our winter coats on throughout the entire meal and ordered tea just so we could keep our hands warm. My parents are over 80 and were extremely uncomfortable. We ate as quickly as we could just so we could leave. We even ordered dessert that said baked apples because we thought it would be warm. The only positive about the experience was our server Lisa who was delightful. She was courteous, attentive, respectful and maintained her sense of humor without being patronizing. 45 min drive there and back home. This is one Christmas dinner we will remember for all the wrong reasons!"

"This is a favourite place for the hungry. Love the soup; always freshly made. This location is busy all the time, but take note, all servers are quick to respond.I make sure, I have the soup as well as the fried spring roll, it's a really good combination. My dessert is usually the avocado smoothie.Will keep coming back!"

"It's always a nice place to stop after a ride. Service was a bit slow abs washrooms were out of service. I thought it was a bylaw if you had seats. Carrot cake and hot chocolate was yummy. Staff was friendly. Will definitely go again next spring."
