"Mel from the pet centre is absolutely lovely! We bought our fish from the shop 2 years ago and he unfortunately got quite sick. I called all the huge pet shops even the vets and it was Mel who took the time to give me solutions and was compassionate and caring. It's rare to find staff who are really passionate like Mel. She's a treasure and we can't wait to go back and meet her in person!"

"We stopped at Cromwell during our trip to the north, and The Kitchen provided good and fresh food. We ordered bacon and egg tuscany and bacon/thyme/mushroom crepe, both were tasty, and the coffee here was also great. Considering the food is delicious, we even brought one scone to go for our afternoon picnic. It's a relaxing place to enjoy breakfast/brunch/lunch here in Cromwell."

"A small cosy cafe connected to the Merino wool shop. The vibes were amazing and the staff were super nice and friendly. We only bought a single cup of coffee for the road so can't really elaborate on the food."

"We cycled out to this restaurant from Cromwell. We were surprised the restaurant was set so far back from the water and had no water views at all. We drenched our thirst with Cider and had the fettucine and mussels for lunch, topped off with flat white and tea. Meals were promptly served and was delicious. The mussels were rather small size though."
