"I found a one inch screw in my bowl after bitting down on it in my meal today. I had taken my order to go but upon finding this, I walked back to clover with the bowl and the screw. I spoke to an employee who was very apologetic and showed another line cook. The employee was unable to get a manager to speak to me and they simply asked me to write my email down after about two minutes. I was too shocked to make a fuss about this at the time and simply left as I had to head back to work for the afternoon and had a busy schedule. I have been a loyal customer of this clover since I began working in the LMA in September 2019, I have recommended countless coworkers to Clover. I have even bought the meal kit boxes from Clover. This was absolutely disgusting and ruined my appetite for lunch and for Clover. I will not be returning to Clover and I have been sure to share my experience with my colleagues. I have heard nothing from Clover and it’s been over six hours. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers."
