"Went to Graveleys fish and chip shop whilst shopping. You go to counter and order (and Pay). Service very quick and friendly. Fish of good portion size (i had small/ senior deal) mushy peas , best i have tasted for ages (and hot) chips were...good. Cup of tea (plastic cup) too strong only given small milk cartons. Kids option available. did not have so cannot comment. Staff efficient and friendly during my visit. Disgree with some of previous comments, yes they do use plastic but you are going in for fish and chips not silver service/ritz/savoy treatment. Overall would recommend a visit and see for yourself."

"This bar and restaurant never disappoints. Because of its unusual quirky decor it stands out as a special place to visit. Food and staff were great. We’ve had evening meals and afternoon tea’s here and would rate both. It’s a lovely place to get dressed up as these days people tend to be a bit more relaxed in their attire but the Earl allows you to enjoy being dressed up. Even the staff wear formal uniforms. Lovely dining experience and would highly recommend it."
