"Ordered a double chicken chopped salad from here. When it arrived, there was hardly any of the toppings I had ordered on it, no lettuce, and no way that was double chicken patty. It's like they gave not even the bare minimum on every aspect of the order. Really disappointing for a 10 dollar salad"

"The atmosphere is great, and I really like the homemade soups and sipping chocolate. Unfortunately the coffee is super gross, almost like something goes wrong with the beans in the roasting process. Friends I have taken here say the same thing.In response to the owner: Yes, it is, like, my opinion. But as a small business owner responding to a longtime resident of Fairbanks who loves coffee, prefers to purchase from small local businesses, and has spent money in your establishment at least 50 times, you should care about my opinion. I would have come back in to purchase non-coffee items but after your unprofessional and uncaring response, I will not. Thanks."

"BBQ options are dire in Fairbanks, and the fact that this place still exists is proof of that. I have absolutely no idea how they ended up on Triple D outside of a lack of selection. A BBQ joint of this quality would not last six months in the south.All the meat is dry and overdone, to the point where it wouldn't surprise me if they using meat days after it is smoked. You've got to slather it in so much sauce that you lose all flavor in the meat that you just cost eighteen dollars.Sides are pretty awful. Not sure how you consistently screw up mac and cheese, but they do it. Soupy and cooked to oblivion, its pretty flavorless even with the addition of substantial salt and pepper.I've tried the place three times in the past year with the same result. I leave feeling like I've been robbed. Skip this spot or make your own BBQ, because you'll regret eating here."
