"Delicious food, fantastic service. A couple on the table next to me complained about the food and rudley demanded their money back after eating everything! The staff delt with it in a polite manner, personally I would have told them to jump. Who complains about food after eating it all, what a joke."

"We were with my sister on a Saturday shopping trip to the Metro Centre and called in here for cold drinks! My husband and sister sat outside in the mall and I went for the drinks! I wanted cans of diet coke plus glasses and...the young girl who served me was particularly unhelpful! I paid for the cokes, was given no tray and no glasses I asked for the glasses and was pointed towards the far side of the counter in a very abrupt fashion what happened to being helpful towards elderly people? Would not go there again!"

"We had a Christmas Lunch here with a largish group of people and, overall, it was pretty good. Some of the food needed a little more seasoning and flavour but it 's not a huge criticism. Definitely need a return visit to check out the restaurant...at a more 'normal ' time. All our meals were served together and they were all hot. Portions were generous and the sticky toffee pudding was great! The staff were delightful, really helpful and friendly and made the occasion very relaxed and enjoyable."

"The atmosphere in the tee room was cozy and welcoming and the personal friendly. added that the Apple scenes for and the coffee die. I would have chased another one, but because I was on a diet as such. also the tea shop is located in the fab vintage upcycling shop. a visit"

"First time going since it was taken over. It's been given a bright makeover. It was lovely to see it busy too. The food was fab, one of the nicest steaks I've had. Very reasonable prices. "Service wasn’t too good we waited around 20 minutes from being seated until someone took our drinks order. You don’t get any choice over the sandwiches so my young son didn’t like any of them it would have been good to have the option of something plainer for kids. The cakes were also really small and you didn’t get much for £33. The atmosphere and location was good but I wouldn’t go again or recommend."
