"It is about a cash in the diet in harrison hot spring hotel called susan. my man and I picked up the breakfast before our Kayak tour, and there was a caucasian couple in front of us. I'm not sure where they came from, but I could say they had a foreign accent. susan was very friendly to them and offered them a great service. However, when it was our turn, their attitude changed drastically as if I had said something terrible to offend them. I'm not from Canada, I'm an Asian descendant and came here as an adult, so of course, I would have an accent. I have never experienced such rude behavior from any customer-based service personnel. she would deliberately repeat what I said and stop and stare at me until I do. when she repeated my order, her ton was extremely rude and hostile. I have no idea how someone like susan can hold a position in the customer service industry. I don't want to make this a case of racial incidents, but it seemed very strange to me why the caucasian couple has received so friendly service before us, and the complete opposite for us. we wait for an answer from the manager."

"The food was nasty soggy and tasteless not properly done Chinese food what so ever. The server brought out soup with no sharing bowls or spoons and then disappears into the kitchen for 5 minutes I had to grab bowls Myself On the side station. The drinks took for ever. Yucky I would not go here again even if I was paid. I feel sick now and I might throw up."

"It can't be called Japanese restaurant. The foods were cooked carelessly and slovenly. The restaurant is run by young kids who don't know about cooking at all, no mention of Japanese foods. The sea foods quality were the most horrible we've ever had, which were from spoiled frozen mixed sea foods pack. After receiving my complaint, they offered me $5 discount. It's a tourist trap."

"My girlfriend and I visited this particular Baskin Robbins after being referred there by Rocky Mountain staff after they said their ice cream machine won’t be on until the next month.Upon our arrival to Baskin Robbins, we were greeted by a very nice lady who assured us that a server will be with us as they were busy at the moment.She returns with a ‘not-so’-gentle man who was the one to serve us the ice cream.We ordered waffle cones with two flavours and while he was scooping out the next flavour for the first waffle cone, the first scoop he placed ended up falling on the counter which he placed back on after scooping up the second flavour..I guess he didn’t think that was a problem and proceeded to hand the cone to us with the fallen scoop of ice cream. We brought up how one of the scoops fell on the counter and he still used it for my girlfriend’s cone when he “reassured” us that they “use bleach for the counters all the time”; (mind you he was leaning on the counter while getting the scoop that ended up falling).We decided to leave when he offered to get another scoop but didn’t replace the “clean” scoop which had already been contaminated by the fallen scoop of ice cream.This guy continued to mutter when we were walking away about how he could replace the whole thing but the principle is that he didn’t and thought it was okay.. I truly wonder if this guy even washes his hands often enough to be considered clean to work in the food industry.Again, the lady which reassured us was very nice and the two stars for service is all for you. The BALD GUY WITH GLASSES AND DRESS SHIRT, AND A CONDESCENDING GRIN i am only calling you out man. Your actions were very questionable."

"Used this for a quick fix of caffeine in the morning, or a late afternoon tea. The ice creams are excellent too, always worth paying the extra for the waffle cone"

"Consistant. Coffee is consistent and the baristas as pleasant. Was nice to see the girl at the counter remembering a lot of the regulars names. You can see it made them feel valued."
