"This sweet, friendly and busy little caffe is located opposite the pier in chaloklum. there are some options marked clearly as vegan in the menu. Eating is nothing imaginative, but quite cheap for the island. the pancakes are a great simple brekkie and there are shakes or coffee / tee to drink. in any case worth a visit."

"Fully air-conditioned and cozy place with nice atmosphere. Serves some fish and meet, but menu is mainly vegetarian (can contain dairy product or sometimes egg) and some vegan dishes too. The daily special meals also can give you more choice. The soups are very tasty, especially Red Lentil, Sweet Corn soup and vegetarian version of famous Russian Borsch soup! The popular lunch option is Lunch Platter, guests choose one type of patty (cutlet) add two side dishes and can add any soup optionally. The desserts are amazing, delicious Carrot Cake full of carrots and nuts or homemade Yogurt with fresh Mango, and perfect Granola bars bond with bananas, yummy! "Fortunately I cannot confirm the complaints about unfriendliness. I did not have much conversation, but that was absolutely ok, and I heard others doing friendly smalltalk with the staff. "I tried several dishes, and each one was packed with flavor and a unique blend of spices that really set it apart from other vegetarian dishes I've had on the island. Some of my favorite dishes included the samosa salad, the Burmese salad, and the tea paste rice. I highly recommend this Burmese restaurant to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian options."

"The food was delicious and well prepared, the menu offers good variety. they serve eggs, but have vegan option also. we had a nice vegan chocolate cake for the desert, good coffee with cocos milk and fresh crimped tea. this is within ananda detox, I recommend going ahead to them to make sure they serve a lá caeté menu, as they are also meal times for yoga retreats and detox programs, and the timings are different than shown on the website. beautiful location, opposite the road from the blue sea, although there is a building in front of it, they can still see and get a beautiful brise and good mood of lord shiva statue near the side garden."
