"Quiet, local little restaurant. The food was authentic and delicious. We tried a variety of things and were not disappointed. We noticed a number of locals stopping in for lunch or take out. This seems to be a neighborhood gem. My guests enjoyed their food and we were able to hear each other during our lunch conversation without raising our voices an added plus! A great business lunch find!"

"The price is very reasonable and the quantity is good, my wife and I come here from Tracy. China Vila is a family family operated restaurant, the servic is friendly and always made certain out tea pot is full and warm/hot. We are looking forward to return here. My son told me about this place. the price is less then the other larger Chinese restaurants located in the newer business center/malls"

"Coffee is terrible to drink pure syrup with a splash of coffee taste. Delicious, watery and lots of sugar. The smoothies are with artificially coloured syrups, not real fruit. Fruit tea has no fruit bites? Basically, quality is cheap and the price is high. An additional insult was that the owner has grounded a basic order. I wish I wouldn't go so I could ask for a refund of coffee because I couldn't drink it at all."

"Serving sizes are huge. At least for the noodle scales. Bun rieu could have been 2-3 portions in Vietnam. I enjoyed it very much, although I honestly don't know how it was before. Could have had more crab taste? Banh khot wasn't bad. Had a good terror."

"Come here for dinner. I have a queen with chicken, my child has a bowl and my husband has a burrito. We also have a few bottles of soda. Customer service was very friendly, the food was great, my husband got a burrito with so much in it, they could hardly close it! And it didn't cost extra to add anything he wanted. Quantity at the price was excellent. We would definitely go back. Especially since they had really good waffle cuts!"
