"Ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito with no onion or jalapeños, cheese sticks, and a dragon fruit refresher. After seeing the order on the screen was not correct, I asked about the items that weren't correct and was told that's how they do it. I have no idea what burrito I recieved but if definitely wasn't a super sonic and was drowning in cheese. The cheese sticks were clearly extremely old and was brought a twisted limeade. Basically everything that was wrong on the screen was wrong with the order. The woman who took the order clearly just didn't want or know how to fix her mistakes. The only saving grace was the sweet lady that brought the order to the car. She fixed my refresher with no issues. She was extremely kind and had amazing customer service."
