"Stayed for two night's 21st to 23rd of May 2021.Check in was swift and friendly. My room was very spacious avd very clean. Had a very comfortable large bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. I eat dinner in the bar both nights. Food presentation was excellent. Portions in my opinion were smaller. Starters were very tasty and flavoursome. The chicken on my first night was lacking flavour. I found it bland. The prawn curry on the second night was packed with flavour. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. I had the roulade for desert. This was truly delicious. Breakfast on both mornings was very disappointing. I ordered smoked salmon and scrambled egg as it was on the menu. The waiter returned to tell me that they don't have any. Instead I got a very small portion of rasher, scrambled egg, mushrooms and tomato. The waiter told me that he would try have the smoked salmon for the following morning. The following morning no smoked salmon while it was still on the menu. So I asked for an omelette. Was horrified at what was presented to me as an omelette from the kitchen. I dined at the same table both evenings. The white tablecloth was not changed after the first evening. The same dirty mark was still there the second evening. When I came to breakfast to a different table the second morning there were dirty marks on the white tablecloth. I had a very poor dining experience both mornings. A return visit is very questionable."

"What can I sayThis has to be one of my absolute favourite places to go to It's a top find of mine, I love it.Go for a day out to Doneraile park.Then this is the must go to sit down.Weather it's just a simple tea for two.Or a splash out on Big fresh Breakfast or a real good Lunch as for the Sponge cake all I can say is omg.This Townhouse Café, never ever fails to Impress. I love it.From the time you open the door until you leave it's a little oasis.Big happy greeting from your top server Kate.All the staff I must say leave a great lasting impression.As for the Decor, it says it all.Very, very impressive.Now for the food the chef and kitchen staff. Definitely get it right.Extremely big portions of tasty delicious food.Will we go again.. absolutely, can't wait."
