"Against my better judgement I gave this Coffee Club another chance. The cost of the lunch was almost as high as eating in a proper restaurant for dinner. They really need to revamp their very milky coffee. I very clearly stated twice to the young girl at the register that I was allergic to pepper and intolerant of onions (as the flat grill mentioned in the menu that there were onions) I told her absolutely no onions or pepper. I'm sure she typed this into her register. I was really hungry and the place was not overly busy but we waited 30 minutes for our meal and what did I get? Lots of onions! I said to the young waitress I specifically said No Onions, she was going to take the food back, with barely an apology, but I was hungry so had to go through my food and push onions aside (there was no way I could wait another 30 minutes). Just in case you read your reviews Coffee Club, please note that onions and garlic have caused me to be hospitalised in the past. You also have many very poor reviews on your staff's demeanour, and I noticed the same disinterest in customers service. This is definitely the last time we come back here."
