"This cafe/restaurant is located just off the main drag in Nerang-pleasant location if not scenic and nice atmosphere. We decided to go on the back of lots of good reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. Freddie gave us a warm and friendly greeting...and followed up by serving us delightful meals, Very happy with the veal dishes but he also does blcakboard specials. Loved the creme brulee to finish off. All in all a great place for casual but good dining-thoroughly recommended and very reasonable prices"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food and service were at this little restaurant at Griffith University, Nathan campus. It was on par with some of the better restaurants I have been to in Brisbane. The staff were fast, efficient and eager to please despite an extremely busy lunch service.The salt and pepper calamari salad and matching wine were just delicious and very reasonably priced. It's worth making the effort to have a meal at G's, even if not attending the campus.Highly recommended."

"Pizza was under cooked, the toppings were fresh but lacking in flavor. A little more attention on the sauce would have been a game changer, it was too acidic, add a little sugar to it and some fresh garlic!"

"I bought a ham and cheese croissant, the young man serving said he couldn't heat it up because he had turned off the grill. when I made it up, there was only a tiny piece of ham and a piece of cheese that didn't even cover the half of the croissant. the croissant was really old and stale. around the edge of the cheese was a dark yellow color that was all dried and cracked. she threw it in the müll, as it was not safe to eat."

"The food was quite good and the place was very neat and tidy, the staff seemed efficient and switched on. We had The Commercial Mix w/ BBQ pork ribs, S P calamari, karaage chicken, potato wedges, toasted baguette dipping sauces. It was ok, the ribs were great and the chicken was good but the rest was average and I'm not sure why it had the baguettes. Overall I thought it was OK as a pub meal."
