"Was here juli 2019. see this place on happycow and gave him a try. Here's my cool-life review. it is a nice caffe that is located at the rande of the wharf directly on the water, so just go to the end. in the interior you will find many Eulen themes, including the used hoppe and tassen, as well as a gift area that sells all Eulen-Themed (cups, wallets art). menu is in Chinese, with some photos, and there is also a smaller menu with English. the owners are very friendly, and their little dog will be the first to greet them at entering. we order several dishes to share (rice, noodles), and everything was tastefully recommend the warm noodles. coffee, tee and dessert after the meal the chill time makes this place a very rewarding stop."

"We got here by bike, riding along the river the last bit through the city was a bit tricky though , otherwise one can ride the metro to Zhongyuan station and walk here. 崇德發 is an old Taiwanese multi-brand, which, amongst others, sells soy milk, snacks, malt beer, as well as cosmetics etc. On the first floor, there is a supermarket , selling everything from veggy meat, frozen pizzas, nuts, snacks, tea, but apparently also clothes, cut crystal accessories as well as extension cords. Yeah, random, I know. There is also a café on first floor, but that is NOT the veggy restaurant listed here. Anyway, the restaurant this post is about is on third floor. They have a large choice of set menu 's, the cheapest starting from NTD 1,2k 10% service fee for two, ranging all the way up to NTD 13,8k /table for weddings and other major events. We ordered á la carte and were quite satisfied. We were warned that we would have to wait approximately 15-20 minutes since it was already past 1pm, and the place was packed due to a public holiday, but in the end we only waited for about 10 minutes. The taste was very good, and we will be back to try more dishes. As for the portion size, we she Taiwanese, he Westerner had eight dishes totalling NTD 1269 incl. 10% service tax one pure greens, one stewed rice, six soup dumplings, three pieces of taro cake, etc. two malt beers and were both full and fully satisfied."

"We arrived on Wednesday at 11:45 a.m. in this invite and asked if the kitchen was open. the man who leads the place told us that he would arrive a series of vermicelli at 12:00 clock for a group of travels that is planned, so that he would simply do enough for them and us if we wanted to feed there. the simple menu of tea-infused objects has made us stay. he refilled the small glass pitcher he brought on our table with more green tea than we enjoyed it further. it was cold and refreshing after walking around pinglin. the vermicelli came in a generous help, and he gave us a little more to avoid what remained of the charge he cooked. (a few who wandered around about 1:45 a.m., was told that no vermicelli had left. the tea-infused mochi tasted super, as well as the tea jelly. they would recommend themselves for all vegans who explore pinglin!"
