"Called in for tea this evening. In 15 minutes we were passed by staff on several occasions, not once were we acknowledged. Place was not busy. Even if someone had approached table and said our order would be taken shortly, but no,staff completly oblivious to customers. Would not recommend to anyone."

"We family Dinner with our 7 month baby, last minute decision, we were seated comfortably, such a warm atmosphere decorated beautifully for Xmas with the fire lit definelty gave us the Christmas feels We ended up getting 3 course meals as the dishes were all absolutely delicious full of flavour and a little extra oomph in the ingredients (shallots with butter squash puree with black pudding bits my absolute favourite , a real dining experience in every course, highly recommend, good parking nearby and shops all close by"

"Had a lovely meal here on a surprisingly busy Monday night. We were able to sit outside which we loved. They don't have a drinks licence but you can bring your own and ASDA is a 5 min walk away. I had a wonderful crab claw starter, my husband had potato skins which was just ok. I then wanted scampi but it was all finished which was disappointing. Instead, I had honey chilli chicken which was tasty and my husband had great fish and chips. Bill was only £28. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful."
