"As a local I've been supporting this little place for some time now as they have a great range of quality baked goods . However unfortunately I've now received a poor level of service one too many times and unfortunately will be taking my patronage elsewhere after yet another disappointing experience with staff that seem to feel it reasonable to treat customers in a rude and arrogant manner. What a shame Boris your service staff cannot be bothered to deliver a service that is paralleled to the quality of products you offer ."

"The food was delicious and the service was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter was so friendly and took the time to explain the dishes to us as it was our first time and showed us the traditional way they eat it. We had the sambosas and peppers as the starters and for mains the chicken, lamb with collard greens, yellow lentils and beetroot dish which were all very tasty. My favourite was the creamy lentils paired with the Injera flat bread. The bread was soft and tender and was slightly tangy. The honey wine was also sweet and delicious pairing to go with the meal. Would definitely go again and try their other platters!"

"We left it to the waiter to bring us a selection:Starters, Momo (dumplings) beef and steamed - deliciousMomo - cheese and pan fried - just as delicious despite not being a cheese fanCondiments - one superb and spicy, the other like soy sauce.Spicy potatoes - just divineMains:Coconut rice, fluffy, moist and sweet - deliciousVegetables in coconut milk - divineSpicy beef with onion - tender, spicy and wonderfulChicken with tomatoes and beans - just divineBeef soup with vegetables - the highlight especially once a tad of the spicy condiment was added. "Red door is a super sweet little cafe I loved when I eat gluten, but fortunately a decent selection of gluten-free options happens! While many of the gluten-free options consist of removing bread from the options (not ideal) they have gluten-free bread you can use with their eggs on toast or sandwiches (which are both very beautiful). My order is her eggs Benedict on a potato rust, with pulled pork that can make them contamination-free. There are also a handful of other GF options that I did not try, but assume are also really nice! So if you want to find a large gluten-free brunch spot, this is the place!"

"Barry as always was busy and the service good. Loads of options are available and being a cold morning I went for the chilli eggs. Unfortunately there was no heat at all in the chilli even though it was clearly visible. The portion size was slightly small too. The Benedict with pulled pork however was very good as was the coffee. Stronger chilli next time"

"Very polite, quick service, cosy and homely environment. Turkish coffee was nice but Kanafa was the highlight. Would recommend to friends and family!"
