"No bad experience with this takeaway. the best meal for me is the Burger tea. chicken fillet. rindfleischburger. Cheese. hash browns extra sharp is a wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow amazing empathy in mouth. crazy burger in the city! a bite and I'm in hiccupville. but I can't get enough of it!"

"I’ve been to the tea shop on the corner twice now and enjoyed it very much . The atmosphere is really welcoming , the staff are lovely and friendly and the tea shop itself is very pretty and homely . The food was very nice especially the cake . There are books to read and lots of things to look at while you sit . The lady who served me even suggested I borrow the book I had stuck my nose in , which I did I would advise reserving a table as it’s quite small and can get busy . Look forward to visiting again soon ."

"Excellent staff, they were very friendly and helpful. It was a very calm and relaxing atmosphere and the environment was perfect to be around with my family.The steak was cooked to perfection and the mocktails were very refreshing. Overall all the food we ordered was spot on and I would definitely go again and recommend to others."

"Don’t eat here if you need gluten free. Our party of 9 had lunch last Sunday, had to pre order before arrival due to our large party. They were advised we had an 1 adult and 1 child gluten free. They couldn’t advise what could be offered gluten free other than chicken Caesar salad. They advised for the child that it lmight be better to bring our own!! On arrival they brought us the menus, seemingly unaware that we had pre ordered. We were told the fish pie, ordered by the gf adult couldn’t be gluten free, he was offered a burger on a gf bun only to be told 2 mins later there were no buns only bread. In the end he had a fillet steak. The child had a chicken dinner. We did ask if the children’s meals could be brought straight away but in the event they only arrived after our starters at 12.50 which was 50 mins after our 12 noon arrival. The food we had was very nice but the overall organisation and provision of gluten free options- despite having forward notice of this- was very poor. If you don’t want to cater for this dietary need that’s fine but you should make that clear when a booking is taken, particularly when you are asking people to pre order. I did contact the Old Bell directly via their website to make them aware of the above points but to date have had no reply."
