"Rustic, original restaurant / cafe. Drink tea in a typical atmosphere, plus buckwheat pancakes... Nice and well maintained by nice people!!"

"This cafe is beautifully located next to the Stadtpark with nice outdoor seating and beautiful view of the lake. Why however is it that sometimes places with a great location think they can charge premium prices but not serve decent quality food?My salad was not washed. It still had sand and bird feathers (!!!) on it! The chicken skewer was undercooked (the meat still raw inside which is obviously dangerous with chicken) and the baked potato undercooked (still hard and half raw inside). Terrible quality. I could not eat the food. I did not want a replacement. At least the owner of the restaurant came out, apologised and did not charge us for the meal we could not eat. Unfortunately cannot recommend that place unless they've seriously improved the quality of their food."

"Hello. I strolled through the Papenburg inner city and discovered the quiet café next to the Nikolaikirche. I came in because I was told there was self-service outside. I glowed a piece of raspberry yogurt cake and a lemon cream tea. The price for tea was 2€, the piece of cake was 2.50€. I guess I'd be more. When I sat there when I saw the canal, a few ducks came from me. The dishes on the neighboring table were clean after a short time what the employees have to do. And the cake? Moderate, tasty quark, with raspberry tip. The tea, in a glass, with candy and a small piece of marzipan cake, had something. Anything else to say? No, I think it was."
