"Un coffee shop comme on les aime avec des cakes et gateaux délicieux cuisinés sous vos yeux ébahis par les charmantes serveuses/patissières: cake aux poires, miel de chataignes et amandes, zebré vanille chocolat, ou les traditionnels mais toujours aussi efficaces et succulents cake banane-chocolat et fondant chocolat. L'ambiance musicale est très agréable avec une délicate programmation variée mixant musique folk, jazz- rock, et électro funk. Les prix sont plus que corrects(2,5€ la bonne part de cake, idem pour l'expresso)"

"We went there with friends to celebrate the summer holidays and spent a night that will stay in the anals. The atmosphere is pleasant, welcoming decoration, cocktails are good and original, the boards also and the manager is excellent. We had the chance to enjoy the calm of early August to really enjoy the place, chat with people, experiment with new cocktails and David was more than kind to us. To do and redo, in any case, we were conquered. Very nice discovery thanks to the Barrés."

"I'm surprised by some comments. Indeed, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this small jap' tradi restaurant hidden by a very imposing Chinese restaurant. I returned several times and unlike St.Anne Street, which offers restaurants of the same kind, there are not many people! It's true that the place doesn't dream, but we eat there, but quieter than Rue Saint-Anne."

"We stayed a 3 minute walk from this incredible boulangerie. The tradition was to die for, the croissants were the same. Absolutely delicious. The service in the mornings was a little frosty but we were the indecisive tourists so not surprising. It's hard to decide when everything they make it so delicious(!! , but it was very typically Parisienne. BUT like another reviewer mentioned, it's probably best not to assume the customer doesn't speak French.... Our final meal in Paris was finished off with their delicious tartelettes. I will rave about this place to every person who'll let me. This is an absolute gem with the most delicious goods. Merci beaucoup."
