"Absolutely fabulous, lovely food and drink, wonderful friendly service. Booked a table in the dining room . Greeted at the door, shown to table, drinks brought, then asked to fill in details of contact and trace. We felt completely safe, hand sanitizer is available. Really...delicious food , slight wait but that's because it's not microwave and frozen food, beautifully freshly made. We had sizzler and fish pie, really hot delicious and tasty. Unfortunately no room for a pudding, maybe next time. We will be back again because it's lovely food and value for money. Thank to all the staff, you are doing a brilliant job."

"The choice of meals is extensive. I have been to this cafe on 3 occassions n was charged different prices for the same meal n drink. Usually more than advertised. I ordered beef pie.There was no filling just a smear of gravy n alot of soggy pastry. It is a pity as l can see all pies n cakes are homemade; veg frozen or tinned l suspect"

"The shakes there are so so so delicious! We sat down as a table of 3, and all enjoyed the milkshakes well I had two if I'm honest because they were so darn good! 100% will go again. By accident, they made us an extra milkshake, however, they were friendly about it with no hard feelings. Everyone looks happy, and it's a nice atmosphere."

"This is our favourite coffee shop in Colne, it is located at the top of the hill in the centre of town. There is a very good coffee menu and we always enjoy two Cortado costing £2:60 each. The quality is excellent. Very friendly service and understandably popular with locals."

"A regular haunt for us. A mile walk from home, a bacon butty for the wife, sausage butty for me and a cup of tea, then mile walk home! Consistently fresh bread, sausages and bacon always great and well cooked, and service always...good. A small local business that deserves to be supported. They take their Covid rules seriously. A great one way system, plenty of hand sanitiser, and the tables are cleaned between customers"

"Can’t fault this lovely little pub. we stayed here when we came over for the emmerdale tour, the rooms were gorgeous and so private away from the main pub. very good value for money. I am gluten free and the gf options are tremendous also a lot of vegan/ veggie options. every meal was a great portion and food was faultless. the service from staff was so kind and welcoming : atteneded to anytbing we needed. the pub was so lively and great atmosphere , can tell it’s a much loved place. will be back here when we visit again. plenty parking for guests too"
