"1855 looks inviting and is well situated in the lovely Lynwood bridge mall. Their breakfasts are served all day and if ordered before 11am cost only R45 which is an absolute bargain for an English breakfast. However the wait between ordering and serving was far too long for such an easy to prepare meal and the homemade bread was a disappointment, being much to sweet and fluffy, more like cake than bread."

"Honestly the best potato mash I've ever had! Pizza was great as well and well priced. Drinks were a bit expensive but not that bad. Environment was amazing, especially if you like early 1900's styles."
