Ordered pickup and was seemingly charged hidden fees for using a credit card. Never returning. Advise the same for all. "The food was nice and warm. The service was quick and the staff was kind and friendly. For some reason the temperature inside the restaurant was unstable. At times it would feel hot, then sometimes I needed to put my coat on. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food was good. I recommend it for couples and families."

"The best part was they let me check in early. nEverything was downhill after that. The room was so dirty and most of the furniture was broken (held together with glue), curtains had big rips and tears in them, headboard was peeling the fake leather off, and there was dirt and hair on the floors. nThen I forgot my toiletries there when I checked out. That was totally on me. nBut when I called up immediately upon realizing my mistake I was assured they would mail it to me as soon as I sent a prepaid label. I had attached the label to and email within 5 minutes of speaking with the woman at the front desk. I payed for everything to be overnighted as I was leaving for another trip a couple days later. n nNow it’s been over 60 days since then. I’ve called many times, no response. I’ve emailed back and forth over 10 times with that hotel. I reached out to customer support, they also reached out the the hotel and I sent recipients showing everything. n nOver 2 months later I don’t have my belongings. Hundreds of dollars worth of skin care and makeup. No one will return my emails, calls or tweets. n nYes it was my mistake to leave my makeup behind. But when I realized my mistake and called I was assured within a few hours of leaving that they had all of it and were happy to send it to me, but then never followed through. n nI feel misled, lied to and stollen from. ?"
