"Easy to see why The Place 2 B has won so many awards. The home cooked meals, largely made by one of the owners, are a decent size and delicious, the curries are prepared by their lovely Indian chef and are very tasty and you won’t need seconds. Great atmosphere, friendly owners, picturesque property with abundant wildlife. All welcome!"

"The first time that I walked into Entangled on the Hill, I knew that it was exactly what I had been looking for to host my 50th birthday high tea. It had an atmosphere about it that just felt like home (but a very stylish and comfortable home with an incredible view! . Nola was incredibly helpful and accommodating in arranging an intimate but fun celebration for 20 people. Nola was very receptive to me bringing in an external provider to do a dried flower arrangement workshop prior to our high tea in order to break the ice amongst people who hadn't met before. The workshop was held outdoors and the garden area was the perfect backdrop as Nola had decorated it beautifully and provided bubbles and water for all of the guests. After the workshop, we moved to high tea on the verandah of the stunning homestead. It was incredibly decorated and had such a gorgeous view that it brought gasps from the guests as they walked in. The food cooked by David was simply exquisite. Much better quality than your usual high tea and there was PLENTY of food! Coupled with bubbles and some amazing different varieties of tea, everyone was able to relax and enjoy the experience of being spoilt. I cannot express how perfectly Entangled on the Hill met my vision of a relaxed, beautiful and stylish venue with incredible food. It was almost as though the world around us stopped as soon as we arrived and we could just take some time out to relax, talk and laugh with good friends whilst being spoilt with delicious food and drinks. Nola and David, I can't thank you enough for delivering a 50th birthday celebration that was nothing short of perfect and one that I will never forget. We will be back to try the long lunch very soon!"

"Very inconsistent quality. Had it some other times and it's been very nice. Got some food last night and it was disgusting. Very greasy and no salt at all. The service is always lovely though so I will hopefully get a good batch next time. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner"
