"I wanted to see if I can use some of Tim Horton reward to purchase donuts and coffee, so I asked this younger cashier boy. He just laughed at me and told me “buddy that promo is over long time ago man.” Okay, fine. And I now wanted to use my point to purchase the beverage, so I made an order and told him if I can use my point. He banged the counter, and call his manager and said “hey, now this guy want to use his point”. I totally understand that he did not know how to redeem points for the drink, but he didn’t have to treat customer like that.Being friendly is different from being too frank and too casual. I hope he can treat other customers better and would have a better experience next time."

"We went for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon in October 2022. Service was quick, without a long wait. Three young ladies were preparing the food and drinks so everything was done quickly. They were three of us. We had the Caprese sandwich, the egg salad sandwich and The house sandwich. Along with lemon cookies and apple caramel cheesecake. One of us also had a London fog. The bread for all the sandwiches was homemade and very good. All three sandwiches were delicious. And of course the cookies and cheesecake were a yummy finish to the meal. There was lots of seating. And even though it was pretty busy, we were able to find a table to sit up with no problem. This was around 1230 in the afternoon, so it was still lunchtime. They had lots of different baked goods that looked very good. We would certainly eat here again."

"Travelling through so there are few choices along the highway. Simple order. Double big Mac meal with a milkshake for the drink. First bag they handed me was someone else's order good thing I checked. When I did get the correct order my burger was cold and hastily thrown together (see picture). Thanks for the lack of effort perhaps you should use my picture on the sign and advertising as I think it is a better representation of the actual product. I wasn't loving it."

"I find it really rude to have numerous things shoved out the wi Dow by multiple providers all at age same time. Just like being ambushed ! Manners and one at a time goes a long way. I have never experienced this before at any drive thru in US or Canada. Hope it is not a regular practice"

"Finally a place with fries, dressing and gravy! Can’t wait to try the fish! Would love it if you guys start carrying more items from down home... ie meat balls and gravy in a can, turnip greens, SNOWBALLS a must!, Carmel log bars too a must!, that syrup stuff, savoury, chaulks salt beef, mustard pickles, purity candies, tea cakes, balona, salt pork, pudding bags, peas and beans for pudding. I think you get the jist lol!"
