"On 6/20/2020 @7PM I recieved my order of Chicken Souvlaki House Special . While tasting chicken I noticed a very Rancid Odor. I had my husband taste a piece and he as well agreed it was spoiled. As a food Service Director of over 15 years it 's a very distinctive smell. I immediately called and spoke with a woman. I asked for a manager which she was trying not to pass phone to. I told her about the chicken. She completed kept assuming I was making it up. I even said I didn 't care for money back I was just concerned they were selling SPOILED CHICKEN. I for one will NEVER ORDER FROM this location. 2460 Nesconset Hwy, Stony Brook. The woman I spoke with her name is SOFIA."

"Visited recently and left disappointed. Will NOT return! We used to love this restaurant. Very polite waiters yet they must have forgotten about our table. We arrived, were seated, waited a while and as the waiter was about to take our order, he was pulled aside to clean a table and seat another family. He never came back to our table. He then took orders from several other tables that arrived long after we did. We had to ask someone else to take our order. It was a very simple, cold order (nothing had to be cooked) and yet we waited 1 hour and 25 min to be served. When we asked how much longer the wait would be, the waiter replied, "Just a few more moments. Everything is made fresh on the high tea so it takes quite some time to prepare. "The $35 high tea arrives at the table with everything that came out of a container or bag from the store no preparation needed. Nothing was fresh except MAYBE the scone. There were 4 sad looking grapes that appeared to have rolled off the shelf in the refrigerator, a tiny little shot glass with a piece of cotton candy in it, 2 miniature, teeny tiny dollar store lolli pops, 2 teeny tiny little hard pretzels (like the the kind from the bag that you give out to trick or treaters in the orange bag on Halloween), 2 slices of bread with Nutella on them and a warm scone that perhaps could have been made on the premises (prior to our arrival). Not worth the money or the wait."

"I've been looking for a good place to get authentic ramen in the area and this new place is amazing! The atmosphere is great with all the anime posters and figures. I had the brisket pho, which was tasty. A large portion, great broth, and toppings that should come with any pho were included, though I wish they had chili oil. The service was quick and the helpful. Can't wait to come back to try the ramen! Keep it up Meet Noodle!"
