"The place is very Nice. Staff were great. Food was very good. The tea and coffee were not so hot. I did like the place and would return. Just the food, looked great but needed a bit more flavour for me. But over all good . Not great ."

"I frequently take my disabled friend to Sandstone where we can enjoy a cuppa and cake together. There are disabled parks directly outside the venue.Although we have a light snack I have also attended an afternoon function at Sandstone and as always everything was just spot on!! The cafe is very clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is very fresh and there is a large selection of very tempting cakes and slices to have with a cuppa.I highly recommend this venue for a drop in snack or a fully licensed meal.Well done to all at Sandstone!!!!!!"

"OMG.. we anticipated excitedly to visit this shop so after badminton sessions, four of my family members visited here. Ordered tandoori chicken and it was swimming in few litres of brown curry. Special of the day was Chinese chicken rice. Lady was telling me its in the display showcase. I asked which one as there were abt 4-6 curries n some soya sauce fried chicken . She pointed the semi black fried chicken! So chicken rice was disaster. BUT her MEE GORENG was the only consolation. It was lip smacking Chicken Murtabak was so average. Ice Kachang ( a dessert ) was also very average. We were so hungry so we ordered some rice , some pale veg, some displayed curries ( all displayed in the showcase) all were below average. Price was cheaper than lots of other eateries.This shop had a a very run down atmosphere. Looked like the ones we see in outskirts of Malaysian village/kampongs! Very dissappointing visit here!!!"

"Every time I visit Geelong I always drop into Rosey Joans for a great coffe and yummy lunch, cakes are delicious too. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the menu for a light lunch is perfect and I still can't go past my favourite warm roast beef sandwich."

"We lunched at Mt Duneed Estate recently in a group of four and were all disappointed with the meals. The menu is not extensive and offers mainly casual or share dishes. Our table ordered flatbread and dips as a starter, the bread was fresh, dips yummy and in generous quantities. Our mains, Open Souvlaki, Chicken Sliders and Bangers’n’Mash were all underwhelming, dry, poorly presented and lacked any “wow” factor, we could’ve done better at an ordinary country pub! The dining area is cavernous but tastefully decorated so no complaints about that, the staff are also friendly and proficient. There’s nothing special about this venue and I would have to think very hard before returning again for a meal."
