"My partner and I have just spent 2 weeks onboard narrowboat Layla Boa. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and a welcome from Louis who showed us on board and gave us a thorough briefing as to the operations of the boat. We had ordered a grocery delivery which was a seamless process and once all our food was onboard we headed off in the direction of Leeds. The boat was both comfortable and easy to manage. Our first locks were undertaken first thing the following morning and once we got into a rhythm we enjoyed the process. We stopped off on the edges of Blackburn, Accrington, Gargrave, Skipton, Foulridge and Bingley and roughly the same on our return journey staying our last night on our mooring at Riley Green. Both Louis and John were friendly and helpful in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with this family business and would highly recommend them to anybody who wished to have a holiday adventure."

"Came here with our families first, loved it so returned the following weekend! The Special menu was different so we had to order the Chicken and Chorizo risotto the Spanish Chicken. In terms of the cocktails Bramble and Daiquiri are our favourites! Also the lamb spring rolls are something I never tasted before! From the previous trip pizzas are a bit more mediocre, but the Lamb Rump stole my heart. Incredible manager, wonderful Cody atmosphere in the main pub and lovely young staff who can makeistakes, but are otherwise attentive and kind. Would absolutely recommend and would be returning! We vote for the introduction of the Loyalty Programme :"
