"Came here for dinner while I was visiting from out of town. Pictures look appetizing but the sushi quality was lackluster. The squid was fishy smelling and the salmon (my favorite of them all) was so thin and looked malnourished. I've had buffet salmon more flavorful than this, which surprised me. The shrimp tempura was pretty good and I recommend it. We got the Dan sushi set which was around $100 and we do not recommend it. The shrimp tempura udon was pretty alright, it needs a bit more salt flavoring but otherwise it was good. I was told that this restaurant is very good but maybe we came on a bad day. Quality for money when it comes to their sushi is just not it; Doshi sushi nearby is what I recommend!"

"At this Pearl's Tea location, everything is truly great. The workers are always very sweet, the drinks taste great, and the ambiance is amazing. They have bean bag chairs and rocking chair, as well as nice plants and music, and card games to enjoy while waiting on your drink. There is usually a 5-8ish minute wait to get your drinks, but I think this is ok, as you can clearly see the workers are hand-making everything. They do not just pour something in your cup, add boba, and give it to you. They have a process, and it shows in their great drinks. At other boba places, I get brown sugar boba milk teas, but I personally believe that this option at Pearl's Tea is not sweet enough (I prefer it insanely sweet, so it may be perfect for others). However, the lemon hibiscus tea with white crystal boba is a great, refreshing drink. The taro milk tea with oat milk is a personal favorite from here.Vegetarian options: Many items are vegetarian, and they carry oat milk and other milk alternatives that are vegan!Kid-friendliness: There are kid's games and tables back near the restrooms. There are also card games such as Uno near the register that anyone can enjoy.Parking: Parking is free, very close to the shop, and never full.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking very close to the location's entrance."

"I visited for the first time and did not enjoy my experience.I ordered a taro milk tea with toppings and it was wayyyy too sweet for my liking. This store doesn’t offer sweetness options (0%, 50%, etc. like other boba shops and I think that’s a very necessary addition because not everyone likes super sugary drinks. After forcing myself to drink about 10% of my tea, I decided I just couldn’t do it and asked the cashier if my drink could be remade less sweet. She offered me a cup of water to water it down, which didn’t really help the sweetness and didn’t really make sense to me because how do you pour a cup of water into a cup of boba that is nearly full? There’s no space in the cup to add the water… A pretty inefficient and ineffective solution. I wish they’d just remade my drink. Ended up throwing the whole thing away when I got home.I also ordered the fries and spicy chicken nuggets. They came out piping hot which I liked. The fries are a thicker cut but they were nice and crispy. The chicken nuggets were also hot and crispy but I found the seasoning too salty and not spicy. My total order with the boba was a little over $20 and I had a stomach ache by the time I left. Not sure if that was from the drink or the food.I came in to do some work on my laptop but the atmosphere just wasn’t for me. They play k-pop music and the lighting inside is very dark. I found the music distracting even with my own headphones on and I wish it wasn’t so dark inside. I ended up leaving after an hour to continue my work somewhere else. They do have a lot of seating and many booths with outlets, which is nice.Ultimately, I think this shop just wasn’t for me. I didn’t care for the food, service, or atmosphere. Others seem to like it based on the reviews but I don’t see myself returning."

"I recently visited this location and compared to other branches, it was the worst. The drink I ordered, which I've enjoyed elsewhere, was overly sweet and lacked consistency. Additionally, the staff, particularly a young girl, displayed rude behavior that was unacceptable for customer service. While the place was clean and chic, I won't be returning or recommending this location. There are better boba places in the area that value their customers."

"I was very excited to try this place. Gourmet burgers and sandwiches? Yes, please! The cashier was very friendly and helped recommend some of her favorite items. It was very nice of her to ask if it was our first time.The foos came out fresh. I ordered the pepitazo with chicken and beef. The sandwich comes with French fries. The portions are very generous, and I highly recommend sharing if you're like me and cannot eat much. I barely ate a 1/4 of my sandwich, but finished all my fries. They have sauces on the table. The garlic sauce is sooo good!!Overall, we had a great dining experience. I would definitely come back to visit again."

"Food used to be pretty good here. Came for lunch recently and it was just a dirty place to eat. Server had her thumb fully in our soup as she put it on our table. Another soup had a bug swimming in it. Cleaning is such an important part of operating a restaurant and this place is starting to get disgusting both front and back of the restaurant. Protect your health and eat somewhere else."
