"Many vegan options available and workers were incredibly friendly and helpful (english speaking) I had the vegan pho, while not traditional pho flavor it was a really nice remix on it and it really hit the place in this cold Armenian march weather. the broth was listed as purple cauliflower broth. they even had a Kimchi sauce (taste like a homemade sriracha) and a spicy/acid sauce that I really liked the pho. at the end the personal brought me a black tee with dark cherry (deep tea flavor with mild tarry cherry.) yum! I didn't even see it on the menu, but that was just the icing on the cake. I happened to have gone from this place and I am so glad that I even decided to take the Tofu remover for later...tofu was listed as Armenian tofu (not sure what that means, perhaps locally made it was so good! they also sell it through the block in the display case (together with their sauces.) updated by the previous review on 2022-03-23"
