"The boss must have changed. Cinnamon roll was stale and cold after you said they were fresh out of the oven. Shortly with employees on Sunday waited for over 30 minutes for food. Hash Browns were frozen, they used to be fresh. Always perky, positive and professional. Sausage was still great, but probably not back."

"Not very impressed today, our first time to eat here! 4.5 stars with 960 reviews on Yelp seemed really good, so we decided to try it. Restaurant is nice, very cool ambience, beautiful decorations, well organized. They offer seating and seating. Clean restaurant. They have beers to choose, as well as some delicious dessert options (good? they saw delicious lol, they did not get to try. The reason I give them only a 3-star rating is because of the waiting period. We sat on a half-sweet table, was not completely dry when they brought us there. Then we waited almost 45 minutes before the first plate was brought to our table, and about 3 minutes between plates. There were only 5 of us. No big party. Before we left, 2 different waiters came to our table to apologize for the slow service. They said it was because they were among servants, the other said it was because the rush surprised them!! So I suppose it was probably a combination of both! The food was very good. I would not really consider this restaurant as the best Vietnamese restaurant in Orange County right now, maybe back in 2020 when it was nominated, but not now. But yes, the food was good, very good amount for the price tag. My Oxtail Fried Rice was $18.95 My wide Vermicelli Chicken Bowl was $17.95 I don't know if I come back. Who knows?"

"I've been coming for many many years. The quality is amazing. I've been to tea houses in England and Canada, and this is still my favorite tea house. I just went to the grand opening with the remodel. The place is so beautiful! I tried some other two places while this place was closed for remodel. Honestly I kept waiting for them to open up again. *Atmosphere: very modern, beautiful and fun! *Tea: 100 varieties. See my pics for the details. My favorite is Irish morning. *Food: The The tea sandwiches always fresh. Classic tea sandwiches, nothing crazy and weird. The menu is simplified. So it's not confusing for people that are new to tea experience. The scones have won awards here, and I don't blame them. They are delicious and always freshly made! *Staff/ Service: always amazing! The owner Sia is a doll! Not only is she beautiful, she makes me feel like family. Very welcoming and always aims to please *Parking: parking is easy, there's always parking it's in a small shopping center with some other boutiques. *Shopping: They have some tea theme items for sale. Perfect for birthdays or anything. You can also take the tea to go if you find a favorite. They also have couple desserts in the case. Overall I've been coming here 10+ years and I still recommend it. I'm glad that with new management/ownership it has not declined!"

"Came here for dinner on a Sunday. It was not busy, so our party of four got seated right away. We all got Hiros Omakase and everything was really good. Nothing really stood out to me today but the blue fin tuna and the otoro are always delicious.
